In the aforementioned cases, the customer, not Level Up, controls what information they collect from you and provide to Level Up. Level Up does not leverage machine learning or artificial intelligence tools when processing Personal Information in the role of a controller. For information about Level Up’s customers who use your Personal Information, and whether they leverage machine learning or artificial intelligence tools when processing Personal Information please reach out to such customer directly.
